摘　　要：温州籍华侨华人遍及世界各地,他们是推动新时代温州人精神走出去的一股重要力量。该文以西班牙温州籍华侨华人为例,探讨新时代背景下西班牙温州籍华侨华人在推动公共外交中发挥的作用并提出对策和建议,以期推动新时代温州人精神在海外发扬光大,续写创新史。Overseas Chinese of Wenzhou nationality spread all over the world, which is an important force to promote the spirit of Wenzhou people to go out in the new era. Taking the overseas Chinese of Wenzhou in Spain as an example, this paper discusses the role of overseas Chinese of Wenzhou in Spain in promoting public diplomacy under the background of the new era, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the spirit of Wenzhou people in the new era to carry forward overseas and continue to write the history of innovation.
