摘 要:深圳岗厦汇花园为地上共3栋塔楼及5层商业裙房的高层建筑结构。项目地上结构采用了未设置永久结构缝的大底盘多塔结构。项目转换层位置设在6层楼面,为高位转换的部分框支剪力墙结构。针对本项目多塔及高位转换的设计难点,提高了转换构件的抗震等级,详细分析了大底盘对结构的影响、验算了转换层抗侧刚度、采用实体元及梁单元对转换梁及其上一层剪力墙进行了分析、开展了精细化的大震弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,大底盘对结构的内力有较大影响,设计时应采用单塔与多塔模型包络设计;梁单元与实体元对转换梁进行模拟的内力结果有一定差别,建议设计时可采用梁单元模拟转换梁,但不宜考虑转换梁扭矩折减系数,同时宜补充采用实体元模拟的方法对转换梁及其相邻上一层剪力墙进行承载力复核;提高转换构件抗震等级并采取相对应的加强措施后,相关构件满足预定的大震性能目标要求。Gangxiahui Garden in Shenzhen is a high-rise building structure with 3 towers and 5-storey commercial podium on the ground. This project adopts a multi-tower structure with large chassis without permanent structural joints. The transfer storey of the project is located on the 6 th floor, which is a partial frame-support shear wall structure with high-level conversion. In view of the design difficulties of multi-tower and high-level conversion in this project, In this project, the seismic grade of structural transfer member is improved, the influence of large chassis on the structure is analyzed, the lateral stiffness of transfer floor is checked, the transfer beam and the shear wall above the 1 st story are analyzed by using solid element and beam element, and the detailed elasto-plastic time history analysis of the rare earthquake is carried out. The results show that the large chassis has a great influence on the internal force of the structure, and the envelope design of single tower and multi-tower model should be adopted in the design;the internal force results of the beam element and the solid element simulation of the transfer beam are close. It is suggested that the beam element can be used to simulate the transfer beam in the design, but the torque reduction coefficient of the transfer beam should not be considered. At the same time, the solid element simulation method can be supplemented to recheck the bearing capacity of the transfer beam and the upper shear walls. After improving the seismic grade of the structural transfer member and taking corresponding strengthening measures, the relevant members meet the predetermined rare earthquake performance target requirements.
