摘　　要：电子政务是国家职能能力的综合体现,电子政务系统的构建依托各类现代化信息技术面向政府机关或其他政府机构提供信息服务并进行信息处理,旨在全面提升政府部门行政执法水平。云计算环境下电子政务系统的构建应用及信息资源共享处理主要依托分布式计算等信息技术,围绕用户需求来进行资源的共享处理、程序的优化设计,以不断提高程序操作性能。E-government is a comprehensive embodiment of the state’s functional capability.The construction of e-government system relies on various modern information technologies to provide information services and carry out information processing for government agencies or other government institutions,aiming to comprehensively improve the administrative and law enforcement level of government departments.The construction,application and information resource sharing processing of e-government system in cloud computing environment mainly rely on information technology such as distributed computing,and carry out resource sharing processing and program optimization design around user needs,so as to continuously improve program operation performance.
