摘　　要：在实际工作中,不同类型单位甚至同一类型中不同单位之间的制度、需求是千差万别的,一个单位在导入协同办公系统软件时,摸准单位的个性化需求就是第一位的重要事项,它是一个单位协同办公系统能否取得成功、能否有特色、能否好用管用的关键因素。本文提出了办公系统优化管理的意见建议,设计制作了一批规范化的制式表格,充分利用信息技术,实现从人找事到事找人的转变,构建了一整套所见即所得的闭环的管理系统,大幅提升了管理效率。In practical work,the systems and demands among different types of units and even different units of the same type are very different.When a unit imports the collaborative office system software,the first important thing is to determine the individual demands of the unit.It is a key factor for whether a unit collaborative office system can succeed,whether it has characteristics,and whether it is feasible and effective.This paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the management of office systems,designs and produces a batch of standardized forms,makes full use of information technology,realizes the transition from people looking for things to things looking for people,builds a set of WYSIWYG closed-loop management system,and greatly improves the management efficiency.
