摘　　要：全媒体时代来临,图书资源的获取方式向着多元化发展。疫情爆发和常态化防控使大多数高校由常规教学模式向线上教学模式转型,电子图书阅读需求逐步增加。该文首先分析了外文电子图书的采选模式,然后对纸电融合下采选面临的问题进行了剖析,并通过数据解析天津大学图书馆外文电子图书的使用情况,介绍了该馆对外文电子图书采选模式进行的探索尝试。通过思考外文电子书的馆藏建设途径及服务推广方法,希冀在“后疫情”时代,为读者获取图书资源提供安全、便捷的方式。With the advent of all-media era, the acquisition of book resources is developing towards diversification. The outbreak of the epidemic and the prevention and control of the epidemic have transformed most universities from the conventional teaching mode to the online teaching mode, and the demand for electronic books is gradually increasing This paper first analyzes the acquisition mode of foreign electronic books, and then analyzes the problems faced by the acquisition mode under the integration of paper and electricity, and through the data analysis of the use of foreign electronic books in Tianjin University library, introduces the library’s exploration of the acquisition mode of foreign electronic books. By thinking about the collection construction and service promotion methods of foreign e-books,strive to provide readers with a safe and convenient way to obtain book resources in the post-epidemic era.
