摘　　要：人工智能发展浪潮已经到来,人工智能与学术期刊的融合发展是大势所趋。学术期刊要顺应时代的发展,以往学术期刊的编辑模式必须大幅度调整和改变,并稳定提升工作效率。但是智能工具仍存在一些应用方面问题,在使用时需要借助编辑人员辅助才能工作。该文提出若干条提升学术期刊辑编能力的有效对策,旨在为更多编辑人员提供思考方向,期望能进一步提升学术期刊编辑人员的综合能力和素质,满足新时代的需要。The rapid evolvement and spread of artificial intelligence technology has made the integrated development of artificial intelligence and academic journals an overwhelming trend. Under such a background, it is of great importance for the academic journals to adjust and modify the work flow and mode of editing and publishing, and to steadily improve working efficiency. Nevertheless, current intelligent tools still face some applicatory problems, and hence require necessary human intervention while performing tasks. In this paper we put forward several rational strategies to improve the ability of academic journal editors,which are expected to provide practical insights for the editorial community, and to help promoting the comprehensive ability and professionalism of academic publishing practitioners aiming at the needs of the new era.
