摘　　要：滇黔桂边革命老区民族传统体育文化资源禀赋,传承保护和繁荣发展对全民健身、乡村振兴、文化强国等具有重要作用。当前民族传统体育文化面临时代变迁、教育缺失、原生态环境改变等困境。保护发展民族传统体育文化要坚持创新、扬弃、继承与融合并举。以国家方针政策为引领,深入挖掘滇黔桂边革命老区民族传统体育文化时代价值;以乡村振兴为契机,以民族民俗节庆体育活动为抓手加强乡村文化建设,推动文化教育传承,加快文化产业转型升级,实现民族传统体育文化数字化保护发展。The heritage, protection, prosperity and development of traditional ethnic sports and cultural resources in the old revolutionary base area of Yunnan and Guizhou border play an important role in national fitness, rural revitalization and cultural power. At present, the traditional national sports culture is faced with the dilemma of changing times, lack of education and change of original ecological environment. To protect and develop traditional national sports culture, we should insist on innovation, sublation, inheritance and integration. Under the guidance of national policies, dig deeply the value of ethnic traditional sports culture in the old revolutionary base area of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. Taking rural revitalization as an opportunity, strengthening rural culture construction with ethnic folk festival sports activities as the starting point;Promoting cultural and educational inheritance;Accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry;Realize digital protection and development of traditional ethnic sports culture.
