摘  要:一直以来少儿阅读问题是社会关注的重点问题,图书馆作为少儿阅读培养的重要场所,其所承担的责任不仅是为少儿提供阅读场所,更承担着帮助少儿培养阅读兴趣、提高阅读能力的责任。少儿图书馆所应承担的社会性和公益性的职能要求其根据少儿不同的心理阶段和阅读能力发展水平来为少儿提供分级阅读服务工作,这对于全面发展少儿的阅读能力有着重要的意义。但是,在实际中图书馆在实践分级阅读管理的过程中存在很多典型性问题,这些都将影响到少儿阅读的质量,影响少儿阅读能力的培养。该文在介绍少儿分级阅读标准的基础上,分析当前少儿图书馆在推行分级阅读管理中存在的一些问题,进而提出相应的解决对策,以期能够给读者带来一些管理思维上的启发。The problem of children's reading has always been the focus of social attention.As an important place for chirdren's reading training,the library is not only to provide a place for children to read,but also to help children develop their interest in reading and improve their reading ability.The social and public welfare functions that juvenile libraries should undertake require it to provide graded reading services for teenagers according to their different psychological stages and development levels of reading ability,which is of great significance for the all-round development of teenagers'reading ability.However,in practice,there are many typical problems in the process of practicing graded reading management,which will affect the quality of juvenile reading and the cultivation of juvenile reading ability.Based on the introduction of children's graded reading standards,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the im-plementation of graded management in children's libraries at present,and then puts forward corresponding solutions in order to bring readers some inspiration on management thinking.
