新乡市2020—2022年度介入放射工作人员甲状腺检查结果分析

摘　　要：分析新乡市2020—2022年度介入放射工作人员的甲状腺检查结果(2020年1月1日至2022年5月24日)。结果表明:(1)介入放射工作人员的甲状腺彩超及甲状腺功能异常率显著高于对照组;(2)女性介入放射工作人员甲状腺异常率显著高于男性;(3)不同工龄间甲状腺异常率不同,随着工龄增加甲状腺异常率也增加;(4)介入医师、护士、麻醉师甲状腺异常率不同,差异均有统计学意义。结果提示,介入放射工作人员甲状腺有一定的辐射损伤风险,应重点关注女性、高工龄介入医师,加强介入放射工作人员的甲状腺防护。We review the thyroid examination results of interventional radiation workers in Xinxiang City,Henan Province,China,from January 1,2020 to May 24,2022.It showes that,with their thyroid abnormalities significantly higher than those of the general public,the effects of gender,length of service and type of work therein,have also been definitely observed.We suggest that,to strengthen radiation protection of them,more attention should be paid to women,seniority and physicians,among others.
