摘 要:以国内不锈钢产业加工过程中产生的砂轮灰为研究对象,对不锈钢砂轮灰进行详细的工艺矿物学研究。该不锈钢砂轮灰油脂含量为1.5%,可回收的有用元素为Fe、Cr、Ni、Al_(2)O_(3),其品位分别为78.96%、8.35%、0.12%、9.07%。在此基础上,针对不锈钢砂轮灰的油脂脱除、有用元素回收等问题进行详细的探讨,最终拟采用“脱除油脂+磁选+重选”的工艺,综合回收利用不锈钢砂轮灰中的Fe、Cr、Ni、Al_(2)O_(3)等元素,综合回收不锈钢砂轮灰中的有用成分,为同类型的污染物综合回收利用起到指导作用。The study object is grinding wheel ash produced from the machining process of domestic stainless steel industry,the process mineralogy study of stainless steel grinding wheel ash was carried cut.The grease content in the stainless steel grinding wheel ash is 1.5%,the recyclable useful elements are Fe,Cr,Ni,Al_(2)O_(3),the grade separately are 78.96%,8.35%,0.12%,9.07%.From there,the detailed discussion was carried out on grease removal,recycling of useful elements of stainless steel grinding wheel ash,it is proposed to adopt"grease removal+magnetic separation+gravity separation"process,in order to comprehensive recovery of the useful elements like Fe,Cr,Ni,Al_(2)O_(3) in stainless steel grinding wheel ash,and it also can guide comprehensive recycling and utilization of the similar pollutant.
