摘 要:基于云南某铅锌矿矿石的力学性质与二段磨矿入磨物料的粒度特性分布,系统考查了磨矿介质直径、级配和充填率等多种因素对磨矿产品粒度特性的影响规律,通过对比钢段和钢球两种不同形状磨矿介质对二段磨矿效果的影响,确定了选厂二段磨矿3.2×4.5 m溢流型球磨机的磨矿介质制度为(D×L)35×40∶25×30∶20×25=20∶45∶35,试验研究表明,在相同的试验条件下,推荐的钢段级配方案在保证磨矿细度的前提下,磨矿产品中-0.045~+0.010 mm可选粒级、-0.045~+0.019 mm易选粒级分别比现场现有工艺提高了6.00、7.15个百分点,过细粒级-0.010 mm仅比现场生产工艺小幅上升0.83个百分点。同时研究表明当推荐钢段级配方案在磨机充填率为20%时,磨矿效果最好。The effect regularity of ore grinding medium diameter,gradation,filling ratio and the other factors on particle size characteristics of ore grinding products were investigated systematically on the basis of mechanical properties of one lead-zinc ore in Yunnan and the particle size characteristics distribution of grinding materials at the second ore grinding stage;the ore grinding medium system of 3.2×4.5 m overflow type ball mill at the second ore grinding stage of dressing plant is confirmed to(D×L)35×40∶25×30∶20×25=20∶45∶35 through the comparison of two different shapes(steel segment and steel ball)on the second ore grinding stage,the test research show,under the same test conditions,on the premise of the recommended steel segment gradation scheme can guarantee the ore grinding fineness,-0.045~+0.010 mm optional granular level and -0.045~+0.019 mm Easy-to-select granular grade of ore grinding products were separately increased by 6.00%,7.15% compared to the current process,the superfine particle size-0.010 mm was slightly increased 0.83%.Simultaneously,the research show,when filling ratio is 20%,the recommended steel segment gradation scheme has the best ore grinding effect.
