摘 要:针对湿法炼锌净化钴渣钴品位低、渣含锌高的问题,开展了合金锌粉除残镉、三净渣再除钴以及钴渣净化贫镉液中钴镉的试验研究,合金锌粉除残镉最佳反应时间60 min左右;低钴渣再除钴最佳工艺参数:液固比160∶1左右、反应时间2 h、反应温度85℃。提出了金属锌粉预除镉、合金锌粉深度净化残镉以及钴渣多次反复除钴、钴渣与贫镉液反应、钴渣水洗工艺,钴渣含锌降至10%~12%,钴品位富集了(2~3)倍,达到了提升钴品位、降低渣含锌目的。The grade of purified cobalt slag from zinc hydro-metallurgy process is low,the zinc content is high,therefore the experimental study that cadmium residue is removed from alloy zinc powder,cobalt is removed from three times purification slag and cobalt-cadmium is removed from cobalt residue purification poor cadmium solution,we got the following parameters that the best reaction time of cadmium residue removed from alloy zinc powder is around 60 min;the best process parameters for cobalt removal again from low cobalt slag:the liquid-solid ratio is around 160∶1,the reaction time is 2 h,the reaction temperature is 85℃.It is proposed the processes that cadmium pre-removal from metal zinc powder,deep purification of residual cadmium,cobalt slag removal repeatedly many times,reaction of cobalt slag and poor cadmium solution,water washing process of cobalt slag,therefore,the zinc content of cobalt slag was decreased to 10%~20%,the cobalt grade is enriched to 2~3 times,it is achieved the aim of enhancement of cobalt grade,reducing of zinc content.
