摘  要:目前铝电解槽槽壳温度的监测方式有人工红外线测温、热电偶测温、红外热成像测温、光纤光栅测温等,对比分析了各测温方式的特点及存在弊端,并对光纤光栅测温方式进行了实践验证,实践证明:应用该系统进行电解槽漏槽监测,可实现测温数据24 h实时在线连续监测,在线监测数据可靠性高,准确率可达90%以上。能及时掌握电解槽的潜在漏槽隐患与风险,对预防漏炉及延长使用寿命具有重要意义。To investigate the temperature measurement of inner slot shell of aluminum reduction cell,the comparative analysis was carried out on artificial infrared temperature measurement,thermocouple temperature measurement,infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement,fiber grating temperature measurement and so on,as well as the features and existing drawback of each temperature measurement method,and the practice verification of fiber grating temperature measurement method was carried out.Practice shows that:fiber grating temperature measurement system can be applied for leak monitoring of electrolytic cell,It is realized that temperature measurement data can be continuously monitored online in real time for 24 h,the on-line monitoring has high reliability,the accuracy degree can reach to 90%.Therefore,the potential hidden dangers and risks of cell leakage can be mastered and understood in time,it has very important meaning to extend the life time of electrolytic cell and prevention of leakage of electrolytic cell.
