摘  要:针对直接炼铅炉烟气氮氧化物含量超标问题,采取在还原炉接收高铅渣前后短时段内提高供煤量1 t,或减少氧气输入量,避免接收高铅渣后炉内还原性气氛被破坏;同时采取在烟化炉不同作业时段维持相应燃烧空气系数,炉温控制在(1150~1250)℃,减少烟化炉尾气引风量,在三次风口处维持负压在(-60~-10)Pa,降低该处进风量和烟气流速等措施,使炼铅炉炉内维持较强还原性气氛,延长了还原烟气氮氧化物时间。还原炉烟气氮氧化物含量由241 mg/Nm^(3)降至162 mg/Nm^(3)、烟化炉烟气氮氧化物含量由305 mg/Nm^(3)降至203 mg/Nm^(3)。To solve the problem of exceeding nitric oxide from fume of lead smelting furnace,supply of coal(1 t)shall be increased in a short time before and after high lead slag feed into furnace,or reducing of oxygen input,in order to avoid damage of reducing atmosphere after high lead slag fed into furnace;at the same time,the corresponding combustion air coefficient shall be kept at the different operation time of fuming furnace,the furnace temperature shall be controlled in(1150~1250)℃,the introduction of air flow of exhaust from fuming furnace shall be reduced,the negative pressure value(-60~-10)Pa shall be kept at three times outlets,as well as reducing the inlet air volume and fume flow velocity shall be kept too,so that the strong reducing atmosphere inside the lead smelting furnace can be kept,the time of reduction of nitric oxide in fume can be prolonged.The nitric oxide content in fume from reduction furnace was decreased from 241 mg/Nm^(3) to 162 mg/Nm^(3);the nitric oxide content in fume from fuming furnace was decreased from 305 mg/Nm^(3) to 203 mg/Nm^(3).
