摘　　要：随着工业化进程加快,文化同化现象日趋明显,江苏省非物质文化遗产面临生存空间缩小、传承困难、濒危非物质文化遗产面临消失威胁、传承人分布区域结构不均衡、面临坚守与转行两难的窘境,并提出提高非物质文化遗产阐释能力、构建非物质文化遗产传承联盟、建立传承人多元培养机制。With the faster development of industrialization,cultures have been assimilated increasingly.The intangible cultural heritage in Jiangsu Province is shrinking in living space,and has been carried down with big toughs.In addition,the endangered intangible cultural heritage has been vanishing.Inheritors has been distributed unevenly in regional structure,and is facing the dilemma of sticking to their original profession or switching to another one.It is proposed to improve the interpretation ability of intangible cultural heritage and to build an union of intangible cultural heritage,establishing a diversified training mechanism for inheritors.
