摘 要:通过水热法制备高纯度CuFeO_(2)异相催化剂,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征,通过对紫外可见漫反射光谱和X射线光电子能谱分析得出CuFeO_(2)的能带结构图.构建可见光/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)体系,研究其对10 mg·L^(-1)氧氟沙星(OFX)的降解性能.结果表明:所制CuFeO_(2)异相催化剂为R-3m相结构,粒径在1~4μm之间;在催化剂浓度为0.6 g·L、H_(2)O_(2)投加量为6 mol·L^(-1)以及pH=3.6时,可见光/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)体系对OFX的降解效果最佳,其120 min的降解率高达85.2%;此外,CuFeO_(2)催化剂经过5次循环降解实验其效率仅降低了7.7%,表明所制催化剂具有良好的循环稳定性;自由基、光生电子和光生空穴捕获实验以及电子自旋共振波谱测试结果表明了·OH是可见光/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)体系中主要的活性物质;降解机理揭示了CuFeO_(2)中的Fe和Cu双活性位点以及可见光下产生的光生电子在异相光芬顿反应中起着重要的作用.The CuFeO_(2)heterogeneous catalyst with high purity was prepared by hydrothermal method.The structure and morphology of CuFeO_(2)were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The band structure diagram of CuFeO_(2)was obtained by the analysis of ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The visible light/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)system was constructed to study its degradation performance toward 10 mg·L^(-1)Ofloxacin(OFX).The results show that the prepared CuFeO_(2)heterogeneous catalyst is a kind of R-3 m phase structure and its particle size is 1~4μm.The optimal degradation conditions of OFX in visible light/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)system are as follows:the catalyst dosage is 0.6 g·L,H_(2)O_(2)concentration iss 6 mol·L^(-1)and pH=3.6,and its degradation rate in 120 min is as high as 85.2%.Moreover,the efficiency of the CuFeO_(2)catalyst is only reduced by 7.7%after five successive degradation cycles,indicating that the prepared catalyst has good cyclic stability.According to the free radical,photogenerated electrons and photogenerated holes capture experiments,and electron spin resonance spectrometer results,·OH is the main active substance in visible light/CuFeO_(2)/H_(2)O_(2)system for OFX degradation.The degradation mechanism reveals that the double catalytic active sites of the Fe and Cu in CuFeO_(2)and the photogenerated electrons produced under visible light play an important role in the heterogeneous photo-Fenton reaction.
