摘 要:热沉是进行空间环模试验的重要设备之一.目前常见的调温热沉结构有鱼骨式和板式两类,为了比较两种热沉结构的性能优劣,为将来空间环境模拟设备热沉性能的改进设计提出可行性建议,利用CFD原理建立了两种热沉的数学模型,并通过试验验证了模型的可靠性,运用数值模拟的方法,从循环氮气进口速度对温度均匀性及升、降温速率这两个方面的影响来比较分析.研究结果表明:板式热沉相比于鱼骨式热沉,流速增加到15 m/s热沉外壁面温度已经在设定点温度附近,温度均匀度更好,消耗的载冷剂更少.但由于板式热沉结构本身比鱼骨式要重,会增加运行成本,应合理地进行选择.Heat sink is one of the important equipment for space annular mold test.There are two common warm heavy structures of fishbone type and plate type,in order to compare the performance of the two kinds of heat sink structure,space environment simulation equipment heat sink for the future performance of the improved design is proposed for some feasible suggestions.Based on the principle of CFD,the mathematical model of two kinds of heat sink is established,and the reliability of the model is verified by experiment.By using the method of numerical simulation,the effect of circulating nitrogen inlet velocity on temperature uniformity and the rate of rise and fall are compared and analyzed.The results show that compared with the fishbone heat sink,the outer wall temperature of the plate heat sink is near the set point temperature when the flow rate increases to 15 m/s,and the temperature uniformity is better and the secondary refrigerant consumption is less.However,because the plate heat sink structure itself is heavier than the fishbone type,it will increase the operating cost and should be selected rationally.
