摘　　要：依托网络技术,不法分子侵害大学生个人信息权益的行为日趋严重,其作案手段多样化,侵犯方式隐蔽化,危害结果多元化。立足于考察侵犯公民个人信息犯罪的严峻情状,从被害人个体、行业内控、政府监管、法律适用等维度探究致罪因素,通过厘清个人信息的刑法保护范围、优化个人信息的刑法保护措施、整合运行畅通的个人信息保护法律体系,以期构造高效有力的刑法保护模式。Illegal cases, college students′ personal informationand interests infringed by outlaws through the internet are on the rise, obsessing the characteristics of various modus operandi, covert implementations as well as diversified damage.Based on the severe condition of the crime of infringing upon citizens′ personal information, this papertargets on clarifying the scope of criminal protection of personal information, upgrading the countermeasures in protection, as well as integrating the unrestricted legal system of personal information protectionby considering some criminal factorssuch as victims themselves, industrial internal control, strength of government supervision, and the application of the law, so as to set a more effective and powerful mode for criminal protection.
