摘  要:为了提高硝铵类炸药的安全性能,采用喷雾干燥法制备了3种不同质量比的CL-20/LLM-105/Estane5703复合粒子。通过分子动力学模拟建立了复合粒子模型,计算了结合能;并对其晶体形貌、晶型结构、热性能和撞击感度进行试验研究。模拟及试验结果表明:3种复合粒子的衍射峰均与β-CL-20和LLM-105相对应;3种复合粒子的热稳定性较原料均有显著提高,撞击感度明显降低;w为20%的复合粒子的结合能最大,粒子形貌最佳,热稳定性最好。In order to improve the safety performance of ammonium nitrate explosives,three CL-20/LLM-105/Ecomposite particles with different mass ratios were prepared by spray drying method.The composite particle models were established by molecular dynamics simulation and the binding energy was calculated.The crystal morphology,crystal structure,thermal properties and impact sensitivity were experimentally studied.The simulation and experimental results show that the diffraction peaks of the three composite particles all correspond toβ-CL-20 and LLM-105.The thermal stability of the three composite particles is significantly improved compared with the raw materials and the impact sensitivity is obviously reduced.The composite particles with wof 20%have the largest binding energy,the best particle morphology and the best thermal stability.
