摘  要:对于非圆曲线类零件,采用参数化手工编程或利用CAD/CAM软件编程存在不直观、编程耗时长等问题。以椭圆型腔零件为例,对数控系统人机界面开发进行了研究,在分析了椭圆型腔加工方法的基础上,设计开发了基于EasyScreen的840Dsl数控系统椭圆型腔人机界面,并将椭圆型腔加工工艺有效融入。实践证明,采用该椭圆型腔人机界面编程,可大大缩短编程时间,简化操作步骤,提高编程效率。For non-circular curve parts, it is not intuitive and time-consuming to use parametric manual programming or CAD/CAM software programming. Taking elliptical cavity parts as an example, the humanmachine interface development of CNC system was studied. Based on the analysis of the machining method of elliptical cavity, the 840Dsl elliptical cavity human-machine interface of numerical control system based on EasyScreen was designed and developed, and the machining process of elliptical cavity was effectively integrated. The practice proves that the elliptical cavity man-machine interface programming can greatly shorten the programming time, simplify the operation steps and improve the programming efficiency.
