摘 要:热轧酸洗钢板的一种重要用途是做压缩机外壳,然而冲压成形过程中会产生开裂、不均匀变形和橘皮等问题。本文针对热轧酸洗钢板SPHC在冲压时产生橘皮问题进行分析,结果表明热轧酸洗钢板表层晶粒粗大是冲压过程产生橘皮问题的原因,橘皮区域钢板表层晶粒粗大的厚度约为200μm,无橘皮区域钢板的表层晶粒均匀。通过控制热轧温度,消除热轧酸洗钢板表层晶粒的异常粗大,解决冲压橘皮问题。One of the important uses of hot-rolled pickling steel plate is to make compressor shell. However,cracking, uneven deformation and orange peel will occur in the stamping process. In this paper, the orange peel problem of hot-rolled pickling steel plate SPHC during stamping is analyzed. The results show that the reason for orange peel problem is the coarseness of surface grain of hot-rolled pickling steel plate. The thickness of coarseness of surface grain in orange peel area is about 200 μ m. The surface grain of the steel plate without orange peel is uniform. By controlling the hot rolling temperature, the abnormal coarseness of surface grain of hot-rolled pickling steel plate was eliminated, and the problem of orange peel was solved.
