摘  要:在铝板带轧制过程中,主要针对于厚度及板形的控制,板形形态多样化,例如:中间松、单边松、两边松,以及边紧肋松的问题,铝加工冷轧机基本还处于热油来解决边紧肋松情况,现介绍南山冷轧机根据感应加热原理,采用了Comaintel公司设计的感应加热装置。该装置与ABB板形系统实现闭环控制,经过现场使用验证,该装置有效解决带材边紧肋松情况,达到了改善板形质量的目的。In the process of aluminum strip rolling, mainly control thickness and shape. There are diversified shape, such as: The problem of middle loose, single side loose,both sides loose, and side tight loose ribs, aluminum cold rolling mill is basically still in the stage of solve the side tight loose ribs by hot oil. The introduction of Nanshan cold Rolling mill according to the principle of induction heating, adopts the induction heating device designed by Comaintel company. The device and ABB board system realize closed-loop control. After field use verification, the device effectively solves the tightness of the strip side loose ribs and achieves the purpose of improving the quality of the plate.
