摘  要:某乳制品企业新建废水处理站,建设规模为1500 m^(3)/d,废水来源全部为乳制品生产废水。采用“调节+一级混凝沉淀+BFBR立体生态技术+二级混凝沉淀+滤布滤池”组合工艺进行深度处理,稳定运行后,废水站出水COD、BOD、SS、NH-N、TP等主要指标均达到《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类水质标准。该工艺具有良好的景观效果,节约占地,处理效果好。A wastewater treatment station with a construction scale of 1500 m^(3)/d was built for sewage from the dairy production. The combined process of “Regulation-Primary coagulation sedimentation-BFBR threedimensional ecological technology-Secondary coagulation sedimentation and cloth media filter” was utilized for the advanced treatment. When the process system reached the stable status, all the main indexes of the effluent including COD, BOD, SS, NH-N and TP met the IV criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water( GB3838-2002).The process showed good landscape and high treatment efficiency, as well as the advantage of saving space.
