摘 要:对锅炉用T91钢的高温再热器管爆管处取样,进行宏观观察及化学成分、硬度、金相、SEM、TEM、壁厚与氧化膜厚度测量等分析,分析结果表明:高温再热器管显微硬度偏低,碳化物在晶界聚集长大,有严重粗化倾向,组织老化达到4级以上,爆口处管壁严重减薄,内壁氧化膜厚度较厚。因此该高温过热器管爆管是由长时过热引起的。最后针对受热面管子长时过热提出相关建议。Macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, microstructure analysis, SEM, TEM, wall thickness measurement and inner wall oxide film thickness measurement of fracture tubing were carried out with samples taken from seriously damaged high temperature reheater tube. The results showed that the high temperature reheater tube with the features of the low values of microhardness, aggregated carbides at grain boundaries accompanied serious coarsening tendency, the aged microstructure to the level 4 or above, the seriously wall thickness thinning and thicker inner wall oxide film, which were all the expression of long-time superheating. So the rupture cause of high temperature reheater tube was longtime overheating and some according suggestions were offered to be referred.
