摘 要:模拟电子技术是电气、电子通信类等工科类专业的专业基础课。晶体三极管和场效应管是模拟电子技术课程的重要内容,场效应管和晶体三极管相比,具有许多优良性能如低噪声、低功耗、良好的热稳定性,现已被广泛用于电子电路中。在教学过程中发现场效应管这部分知识较抽象,学生理解该知识点有一定难度。对此,该文提出一种绝缘栅耗尽型场效应管沟道类型的判别方法和工作区类型的判别方法。实践证明,该判决方法不仅能便于学生理解场效应管工作原理,更能辅助学生准确地判别其沟道类型和工作区类型。Analog Electronic Technology is a professional basic course for electrical, electronic communication and other engineering majors. Transistors and field-effect tubes(FETs) are important contents of this course. Compared with transistors, FETs own the advantages of low noise, low power consumption, and good thermal stability, which are widely used in mass electronic circuits consequently. However, a lot of students report that this part of the FET knowledge is difficult to learn during the teaching process since it is too abstract. Based on years of teaching experience, the authors summarized the classification skills of the insulated gate depletion FET channel type and work area type. Results have proved that this judgment rule not only facilitates students to understand the principle of FETs,but also helps students to classify the working types accurately.
