摘　　要：该文采用问卷调查法、访谈法、资料分析法对某地级市4所高校女大学生的经期体育锻炼现状进行调查研究,结果显示女大学生经期体育锻炼现状不乐观,需要进一步改善。主要问题表现在:对经期体育锻炼缺乏正确的认知;在经期积极参与体育课堂教学活动的态度需要端正;在进行经期体育锻炼时,缺乏科学的锻炼的方法。对此,可以从这3个方面进行努力,改善高校女大学生的经期体育锻炼现状:高校增加卫生保健方面的资金投入,进行女性保健知识科普;提高高校体育教师素质,帮助学生掌握科学的经期体育锻炼方法;加强女大学生意志品质的锤炼,使其坚持日常体育锻炼。This paper used questionnaire, interview and data analysis to investigate the current situation of menstrual physical exercise of female college students in 4 universities in a prefecture-level city. The results show that the current situation of physical exercise of female college students during menstrual period is not optimistic and needs to be further improved. The main problems are as follows: Lack of correct cognition of menstrual physical exercise;The attitude of actively participating in physical education classroom teaching activities during menstruation needs to be correct;There is a lack of scientific exercise methods when doing menstrual physical exercise. In this regard, efforts can be made from these three aspects to improve the current situation of menstrual physical exercise of female college students: Colleges and universities should increase investment in health care to popularize knowledge of female health care;Improve the quality of college physical education teachers and help students master scientific methods of menstrual physical exercise;Strengthen the temper of female college students’ will quality and make them adhere to daily physical exercise.
