全球价值链视角下RCEP国家贸易竞争性和互补性再评价

摘　　要：基于全球价值链分工理念,首先创新性构建了能够有机结合比较优势分析和价值链位置分析的贸易关系分析方法——象限分析图,然后以此方法对RCEP国家间贸易竞争性和互补性进行了逐一量化分析。研究发现,象限分析图在贸易关系分析上具有直观性、可量化等优点,能够分产业比较客观、准确地判定国家间的贸易竞争性或互补性;进一步地,对RCEP国家间的分析发现,成员国之间总体贸易互补性大于竞争性,且很多属于产业内价值链位置差异互补关系,只有在同类型国家间表现出部分的竞争关系,这种以互补为主贸易关系能够为成员国间进一步深入开展区域经济贸易合作提供更为广阔的战略空间。Based on the concept of global value chain division of labor, this paper innovates a trade relationship analysis method--quadrant analysis chart, which combines comparative advantage analysis and value chain position analysis, and then quantitatively analyzes the trade competitiveness and complementarity among countries. The study indicates that the quadrant analysis chart has the advantages of intuitiveness and quantifiability to analyze trade relations, and can objectively and accurately determine the competitiveness or complementarity of trade between countries by industry. Further analysis shows that the overall trade complementarity among member countries is greater than the competition, and many of them are attributed to the complementary relations among the positional differences in the value chain within an industry. Only countries of the same type show competition partially. Such complementary trade relations can provide a broader strategic space for further in-depth regional economic and trade cooperation among member countries.
