摘  要:试验旨在氨基酸平衡条件下研究日粮低蛋白质(Crude protein,CP)水平对大午金凤商品代蛋鸡育雏期(0~42日龄)血清生化及免疫功能的影响。试验以单因子设计为依据,选取384只健康的1日龄大午金凤商品代蛋雏鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复16只鸡,各处理组CP水平(实测值)分别为17.36%、18.44%、19.39%和20.02%。正式试验周期为42 d,于14日龄和42日龄时对试验动物进行翅静脉血液采集,使用全自动血清生化分析仪对血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)含量以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性进行检测,并利用免疫比浊法对血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)含量进行检测。结果表明:(1)育雏期蛋白质水平显著影响蛋雏鸡14和42日龄血清碱性磷酸酶含量(P<0.05)。(2)饲粮蛋白质水平对42日龄蛋雏鸡血清中免疫球蛋白(IgM和IgG)有显著影响(P<0.05)。综上,在日粮氨基酸平衡条件下将粗蛋白质降低到一定水平不仅能够提高家禽机体免疫功能,同时也能有效缓解蛋白质饲料资源短缺现状。This study was designed to evaluate the effects of dietary low crude protein on the serum biochemical parameters and immune function indices of Dawu Golden Phoenix laying chicks under the condition of amino acid balance during the brooding period(from 0 to 42 d).A total of 384 one-day-old Dawu Golden Phoenix layers were randomly divided into four treatments with six replicates of 16 birds each.Treatments included a control diet(17.36%CP),and 4 amino acids balanced low crude diets with 18.44%,19.39%and 20.02%(measured values),respectively.The trial perod lasted 42 d.The serum samples were collected from the wing veins of chicks at 21 and 42 days of age.The levels of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)activity were measured,and serum immunoglobulins levels were measured using an immunoturbidimetric assay.These results showed that protein level during the brooding period significantly affected serum alkaline phosphatase levels in chicks at 14 and 42 days of age(p<0.05).Dietary crude protein levels had a significant effect on serum IgM and IgG of chicks at 42 days of age(P<0.05).Collectively,low crude protein levels under the condition of amino acid balance in the diet can not only improve host metabolism and immune function of layers,but also effectively alleviate the shortage of protein feed resources of poultry industry.
