摘 要:小麦是最重要的全球性粮食作物之一。干旱等非生物胁迫是影响小麦产量和品质的主要环境因素。植物激素脱落酸(ABA)对植物生长发育及响应干旱等非生物胁迫过程具有重要的调控作用。ABA信号传导的分子机制在农作物尤其是异源六倍体小麦中的研究虽然相对于模式植物拟南芥来说还比较初步,但也有了一些较为明确的结果。概述小麦中ABA信号通路成分以及对此通路有调控作用的相关基因功能的研究进展,为深入理解小麦植株对ABA响应的分子机制及其在植物基因工程育种中的应用打下良好的理论基础。Wheat is one of the most important global food crops.Drought is one of the main environmental factors affecting wheat yield.ABA plays an important role in regulating plant growth and the response to abiotic stresses such as drought.Research on the molecular mechanism of ABA signaling in crops is relatively falling behind model plant Arabidopsis,especially that in wheat which is a heterohexaploid plant.However,there are also some clear results in this field.This paper mainly summarized the research progress of ABA signaling pathway components in wheat and the functions of related genes that regulate this pathway.This may lay a good theoretical foundation for an in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanism of wheat plant response to ABA and its application in plant genetic engineering breeding.
