摘 要:研究在硫黄硫化体系下炭黑N774、环烷油和增粘树脂用量对丁基橡胶(IIR)胶料动态力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着炭黑N774用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的剪切储能模量(G′)和损耗因子(tanδ)增大,硫化胶的损耗峰值[tanδ最大值(tanδ_(max))]减小,tanδ_(max)温度(Tp)向高温方向移动;随着环烷油用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的G′减小,tanδ增大,硫化胶的tanδ_(max)增大,Tp向低温方向移动;随着增粘树脂用量的增大,IIR混炼胶的G′减小,tanδ增大,硫化胶的tanδ-温度曲线呈双峰形态,Tp向高温方向移动。The effects of the carbon black N774,naphthenic oil and tackifying resin dosages on the dynamic mechanical properties of butyl rubber(IIR)compound with sulfur curing system were studied.The results showed that with the increase of carbon black N774 dosage,the shear storage modulus(G′)and loss factor(tanδ)of the IIR compound increased,the loss peak value(tanδ_(max))of the vulcanizate decreased,and the temperature of the tanδ_(max)(Tp)moved towards the high temperature direction.With the increase of naphthenic oil dosage,the G′of the IIR compound decreased,the tanδincreased,the tanδ_(max) of the vulcanizate increased,and the Tp moved towards the low temperature direction.With the increase of tackifying resin dosage,the G′of the IIR compound decreased,the tanδincreased,the tanδ-temperature curve of the vulcanizate was bimodal,and the Tp moved towards the high temperature direction.
