摘 要:针对含软弱夹层煤巷支护不合理导致的巷道变形严重问题,文章采用理论分析、数值模拟与现场监测相结合的方法,对含软弱夹层煤巷支护改进方法进行了研究。结果表明:锚杆与锚索合理排距分别为1.2 m与3.6 m,煤柱帮及回采帮锚杆长度合理值分别为2.0 m和2.2 m;通过数值分析不同支护方案,优化后的支护参数对于巷道围岩稳定性控制效果最佳。针对含软弱夹层煤巷研究提出了“锚杆+锚索+金属网+钢带”联合支护方法,通过现场实践,巷道顶板下沉量、煤柱帮位移量及回采帮位移量分别降低57.5%、57.7%与55.9%,有效保证了含夹矸煤巷的稳定性。Aiming at the serious problem of roadway deformation caused by unreasonable support in coal roadway with weak interlayer,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field monitoring,the improved method of coal roadway support with weak interlayer is studied.The results show that the reasonable distance between bolt and cable is 1.2 m and 3.6 m respectively,and the reasonable length of bolt is 2.0 m and 2.2 m respectively,the optimized support parameters have the best control effect on the stability of roadway surrounding rock.In view of the research on coal roadway with weak interlayer,the paper puts forward the combined support method of“bolt+anchor cable+metal mesh+steel band”,the subsidence of roof,the displacement of coal pillar and the displacement of mining wall are reduced by 57.5%,57.7%and 55.9%respectively,which ensure the stability of coal roadway with gangue.
