摘  要:为了调查西沙永兴岛海域大型海藻的资源状况,于2021年4月对西沙永兴岛海域的大型海藻开展了调查研究,并且利用定性、定量两种方法对该海域大型海藻的资源分布状况进行分析。结果显示,在该海域共采集到大型海藻42种,隶属于3门16目22科35属,其中,红藻门8目10科18属20种,绿藻门5目8科10属14种,褐藻门3目4科7属8种。此次调查的种类主要分布在低潮带与中潮带中,其温度性质以亚热带性种类为主。根据定量分析得出,在此次采集到的大型海藻种类中,红藻门的平均生物量最大,为20.65 g·m^(-2);而绿藻门的平均生物量最小,为14.16 g·m^(-2)。本研究通过调查西沙永兴岛海域大型海藻的种类分布区域、分布数量以及分布特性,为今后对西沙永兴岛海域大型海藻资源的保护、管理以及合理利用提供科学依据。To investigate the resource status of macroalgae in the sea area of Yongxing Island,Xisha,a survey of the large seaweed in the sea area was conducted in April 2021.The resource distribution of macroalgae in the area was analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.The results showed that a total of 42 species of macroalgae were collected in the area,belonging to 3 phyla,16 orders,22 families and 35 genera,including 20 species of 18 genera in 8 orders and 10 families of Rhodophyta,14 species of 10 genera in 5 orders and 8 families of Chlorophyta and 8 species of 7 genera in 3 orders and 4 families of Phaeophyta.The species in this survey are mainly distributed in the low and middle intertidal zones,their temperature properties are mainly of subtropical species.According to the quantitative analysis,among the large seaweed species that were collected in the survey,the average biomass of Rhodophyta—20.65 g·m^(-2)—was the maximum,while the average biomass of Chlorophyta—14.16 g·m^(-2)—was the minimum.In this survey,the data of species distribution area,distribution quantity and distribution characteristics of macroalgae in the sea area of Yongxing Island,Xisha which were processed and analyzed,provide a scientific basis for the future protection,management and rational utilization of macroalgae resources of the sea area.
