摘 要:采用原位聚合技术制备了聚丙烯酸改性粉煤灰复合材料(简称复合材料)。研究了复合材料对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附行为;考察了溶液的初始pH值、复合材料的用量、吸附时间等因素对吸附过程的影响。实验结果表明,复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附在6 h达到平衡;随着pH值在2.0~10.0范围内的增加,亚甲基蓝的吸附量增加,吸附过程符合拟二级反应动力学模型。颗粒内扩散模拟结果表明,吸附过程分为前期快后期慢的两个阶段,符合Langmuir、D-R等温模型,室温下所制复合材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附能为3.903 kJ·mol^(-1)。Polyacrylic acid modified fly ash composites(referred to as the composites)were prepared by in situ polymerization.The adsorption behavior of the composites on methylene blue(MB)in aqueous solution was investigated.Meanwhile the effects of factors—such as the initial pH of the solution,the amount and adsorption time of the composites—on adsorption process were examined.The experimental results showed that the adsorption of the composites on MB reached equilibrium within 6 h;The adsorption of MB increased with the increase of pH value in the range of 2.0~10.0;The adsorption process conforms to the pseudo second-order kinetic model.The results of intraparticle diffusion simulation showed that the adsorption process is divided into two stages,fast in the early stage and slow in the later stage,which conforms to Langmuir,D-R isothermal model.The adsorption energy of the composites on MB at room temperature is 3.903 kJ·mol^(-1).
