摘 要:随着能源的可再生与低碳化发展,氢因清洁性、灵活性与通用性将会在能源转型中扮演重要作用。德国作为能源转型的领先国家,非常重视氢能在能源转型和经济脱碳中的重要作用,制定了包括长期发展战略、中期研发、近期应用示范,以及氢能发展相关管理和监管体制等全面发展措施。全面认识德国的氢能实践经验对中国氢能发展具有重要的启示。With the development of renewable and low-carbon energy,hydrogen energy for cleanliness,flexibility and versatility will play an important role in the energy transition.As a leading country in energy transition,Germany attaches great importance to the important role of hydrogen energy in energy transition and economic decarbonization.It has formulated comprehensive development measures,including long-term development strategy,medium-term research and development,near-term application demonstration,and the management and regulatory system related to hydrogen energy development.A comprehensive understanding of Germany’s hydrogen energy practice experience has important enlightenment for the development of hydrogen energy in China.
