开封市土地利用效益评价及耦合协调度研究

摘　　要：为了促进城市发展与土地利用之间的协调发展,基于熵权法和综合指数模型,从经济、社会、生态3个方面选取开封市2011—2018年的土地利用相关指标,构建开封市土地利用效益评价体系。结果表明,开封市土地利用经济效益呈稳定增长,社会效益和生态效益呈波动增长,土地利用的整体协调度呈比较协调态势。针对评价结果提出相应的土地利用规划建议。In order to promote the coordinated development between urban development and land use,based on entropy weight method and comprehensive index model,the relevant indicators were selected from three aspects of economy,society and ecology from 2011 to 2018,and the land use benefit evaluation system of Kaifeng was constructed.The results showed that the economic benefit of land use in Kaifeng increased steadily,and the social benefit and ecological benefit increased fluctuantly,the overall coordination degree of land use was relatively coordinated.According to the evaluation results,the corresponding land use planning suggestions were put forward.
