摘 要:农产品质量安全是关乎国计民生的重要议题,建立健全农产品质量追溯系统,对于从根本上保障农产品质量安全具有重要意义。基于中国知网数据库(CNKI)平台,对2004—2022年4月收录的1355篇高质量相关文献进行归纳与分析,利用CiteSpace知识图谱软件分析农产品质量追溯研究的发文量、学科分布、研究作者、研究机构,探讨不同研究阶段的关键词、热点问题及未来的演化趋势。结果表明,未来应加强区块链技术与农产品质量追溯技术相结合,将一维条码、二维码、RFID等标识技术纳入追溯系统中。The quality and safety of agricultural products is an important issue related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Establishing and improving the quality traceability system of agricultural products is of great significance to fundamentally ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on CNKI platform,1355 high-quality related documents collected from April 2004 to 2022 are summarized,the number of documents,discipline distribution,research authors and research institutions of agricultural product quality traceability research in China are analyzed by using CiteSpace knowledge map software,and the keywords,hot issues and future evolution trend in different research stages are discussed.The results show that the combination of blockchain technology and agricultural product quality traceability technology should be strengthened in the future,and the identification technologies such as one-dimensional bar code,two-dimensional code and RFID should be included in the traceability system.
