江西省医药制造业创新绩效评价研究

摘　　要：综合运用功效系数法和层次分析法对2009—2019年江西省医药制造业创新绩效进行评价,并与中部其他5省比较。评价结果表明:2011—2019年医药制造业创新绩效评价综合得分最高的省是湖北,2009和2010年创新绩效评价综合得分最高的省是河南;江西省创新绩效评价综合得分居于中等偏下水平,其中2010年得分最低,2018和2019年创新绩效评价综合得分增长幅度较大。江西医药制造业要提升绩效,须加大技术创新活动的资金投入,加快创新人才培养和引进步伐,强化知识产权保护,推动创新成果产业化。The efficacy coefficient method and analytic hierarchy process were used to evaluate the innovation performance of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Jiangxi province from 2009 to 2019,and compared with other 5 provinces in the middle of China.The evaluation results show that hubei province had the highest comprehensive score of innovation performance evaluation in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry from 2011 to 2019,and Henan province had the highest comprehensive score of innovation performance evaluation in 2009 and 2010.The comprehensive score of Jiangxi province's innovation performance evaluation was below the middle level,with the lowest score in 2010 and a large increase in 2018 and 2019.In order to improve the performance of jiangxi pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,it is necessary to increase the investment of technological innovation activities,accelerate the training and introduction of innovative talents,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,and promote the industrialization of innovation achievements.
