摘 要:为优化高速永磁同步电机在额定工况下运行的性能,本文以电机的额定转矩、转矩脉动、定子铁芯损耗和磁密幅值作为待优化性能,采用改进的田口迭代优化算法研究定子外径、气隙长度、磁钢外径、轴向长度和定子槽深对上述性能的影响.通过建立正交试验矩阵,利用ANSYS电磁仿真软件仿真计算出各参数组合下的电机性能,在确保反电势线电压和额定转矩性能在限制范围内,优先选择定子铁芯损耗最低和磁密幅值最小的参数组合.仿真计算显示,用改进的田口法迭代优化后的性能较原始相比,均有较大的提升.其中,额定转矩性能降低了5.2%,转矩脉动减小49.3%,定子铁芯损耗降低了35.5%,磁密幅值降低了13.1%,电机整体性能得到优化.同时与传统全参数正交优化方法相比,该设计减少了仿真的次数,提高了优化设计效率,具有一定的实用性.Aim to optimize performance by high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor under rated operating conditions,rated torque,torque ripple,stator core loss,and magnetic density amplitude are taken as performance parameters to be optimized.Improved Taguchi iterative optimization algorithm was used to study influence of stator outer diameter,air gap length,magnet outer diameter,axial length and stator slot depth.An orthogonal test matrix was established,ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software was used to simulate and calculate motor performance.To ensure that back EMF line voltage and rated torque performance were within limit,parameter combination with lowest stator core loss and smallest magnetic density amplitude was preferred.Simulations confirmed that performance after iterative optimization by improved Taguchi method was greatly improved.Rated torque performance was reduced by 5.2%.Torque ripple was reduced by 49.3%.Stator core loss was reduced by 35.5%.Magnetic density amplitude was reduced by 13.1%.The overall motor performance was optimized.Compared with traditional full-level orthogonal optimization,this current design reduced total number of simulations,improved optimization efficiency,and showed confirmed practicability.
