摘 要:牛羊革的透湿性与温度厚度有一定关系。采用精密带刀片皮机获得5种不同厚度的牛羊革后,通过扫描电子显微镜获得蛋白质纤维的排列状态;在压强为1个大气压,牛羊革厚度为0.8 mm时,发现牛革透湿量随环境温度的变化关系为Y_(1)=0.5963e^(0.05946T),羊革透湿量随环境温度的变化关系为Y_(2)=0.6267e^(0.05904T);探究了环境温度和皮革厚度对牛羊革透湿量的综合影响,发现在厚度为1.18 mm,温度为67.76℃时,随着厚度的增加和温度的降低,羊革透湿性优于牛革透湿性,反之,则牛革透湿性优于羊革;将牛羊革透湿量随厚度和温度的变化进行三维曲面拟合,得到牛革透湿量随厚度及温度变化的回归方程为:Y_(1)=-0.07556x^(2)-0.2099xT+0.03592T^(2)+0.4021x-2.579T+60.04,羊革透湿量随厚度及温度变化的回归方程为:Y_(2)=-0.05995x^(2)-0.1565xT+0.03166T^(2)+3.475x-2.254T+47.34。The moisture permeability of cattle and sheep leather has a certain relationship with temperature and thickness.After five kinds of cattle and sheep leather with different thickness were obtained by precision leather machine with blade,the arrangement of protein fibers was obtained by scanning electron microscope.When the pressure is 1 atmosphere and the thickness of cattle and sheep leather is 0.8 mm,the relationship between the moisture permeability of cattle leather and ambient temperature is Y_(1)=0.5963e^(0.05946T),relationship between moisture permeability of sheep leather and ambient temperature is Y_(2)=0.6267e^(0.05904T).The comprehensive effects of ambient temperature and thickness on the moisture permeability of cattle and sheep leather were explored,when the thickness was 1.18 mm and the temperature was 67.76℃,with the increase of thickness and the decrease of temperature,the moisture permeability of sheep leather was better than that of cattle leather.On the contrary,the moisture permeability of cattle leather was better than that of sheep leather.The moisture permeability of cattle and sheep leather with the change of thickness and temperature was fitted by three-dimensional surface,and the regression equation of the moisture permeability of cattle and sheep leather with the change of thickness and temperature is:Y_(1)=-0.07556x^(2)-0.2099xT+0.03592T^(2)+0.4021x-2.579T+60.04,the regression equation of moisture permeability of sheep leather with thickness and temperature is:Y_(2)=-0.05995x^(2)-0.1565xT+0.03166T^(2)+3.475x-2.254T+47.34.
