摘  要:在体育训练与竞技赛事中频频发生足踝扭伤问题,造成运动员踝关节的肿胀疼痛和关节不稳,影响其竞技水平的发挥。对此,为增强人体穿着鞋靴运动时的稳定性,选择足弓碳纤维板和保护绑带两种抗扭转结构,进行不同抗扭转设计下功能鞋靴对人体运动稳定性的影响试验。试验主要设备为运动捕捉系统和三维测力台,选取24名男性受试者,分别穿着不同功能鞋靴完成45°侧切运动和60 cm垂直跳台运动,采集并处理运动生物力学数据。结果显示:足弓处添加碳纤维板能够增强鞋靴的抗扭转性能,提升侧切运动稳定性;护踝绑带可提升垂直跳跃运动下踝关节的左右稳定性,有助于降低踝关节扭伤风险。Sprain of foot and ankle frequently occurs in sports training and competitive events, resulting in the swelling and pain of the ankle joint and joint instability of athletes, which affects their competitive level of play.Therefore, in order to enhance the stability of human movement in shoes and boots, two anti-torsion structures, carbon fiber plate and protective band, were selected to conduct experiments on the influence of functional shoes and boots on human movement stability under different anti-torsion designs.The main equipment of the test is a motion capture system and a three-dimensional force measuring platform. 24 male subjects were selected to complete 45° lateral cutting exercise and 60 cm vertical platform diving exercise wearing different functional shoes, and the biomechanical data were collected and processed.The testing results show that arch with carbon fiber sheet can enhance the torsion resistance of shoe, improve lateral cutting movement stability.Ankle guard straps can improve the left and right ankle stability and reduce the risk of ankle sprain in vertical jumping movement.
