摘  要:为了提高鞋服企业的整体竞争力,可在鞋服企业内部实施全程电子商务,加快鞋服企业的信息流通。本文阐述了影响鞋服企业实施全程电子商务的因素,提出充分利用ERP系统为企业提供相应的管理手段,并将ERP系统与电子商务融合,实现供应商、分销商及客户的统一,从而提高供应链资源的整合效率。In order to improve the overall competitiveness of shoe and clothing enterprises, the whole process of e-commerce can be implemented within shoe and clothing enterprises, which is conducive to accelerating the information flow of shoe and clothing enterprises. This study expounded the factors that affect the implementation of e-commerce in the whole process of shoe and clothing enterprises, and proposed to make full use of the functions of ERP system to provide enterprises with corresponding management means, and integrated ERP system with e-commerce, so as to realize the unification of suppliers, distributors and customers, improve the integration efficiency of supply chain resources.
