摘 要:以布尔台煤矿42204工作面为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场试验等手段,研究了大埋深条件下工作面过集中煤柱时矿压异常机理和防治技术。研究结果表明:在布尔台42204工作面的开采条件下,上覆工作面顶板不失稳的理论最小采高为6.44~10.30m,并通过理论计算了充满采空区所需垮落高度最小值为31m,结合岩层赋存特征确定了合理的压裂层位,提出了“工作面定向长钻孔+巷道浅孔”的水力压裂卸压方案。工作面过煤柱期间矿压监测结果表明,压裂后工作面顶板周期来压步距减小,来压强度降低,采空区能被垮落顶板岩块充实,过煤柱期间工作面机尾三角区顶板最大下沉量200mm,回风巷道顶板最大下沉量80mm,两帮最大移近量为150mm,结果表明水力压裂弱化了顶板的完整性,减轻了煤柱影响区内工作面矿压显现,降低了工作面压架事故率。Taking 42204 working face of Buertai Coal Mine as the engineering background,theoretical analysis and field test are conducted,to study the mechanism of abnormal mine pressure and the control technology as working face advancing beneath the residual coal pillars of upper seam.The results show that:the theoretical minimum mining height without instability of the upper roof of the overlying working face is 6.44~10.32m,and the minimum theoretical collapse height required to fill the goaf is 31m.Combining with the occurrence characteristics of rock stratum,the reasonable fracturing horizon is calculated,the hydraulic fracturing scheme of“directional long drilling in working face+shallow hole in roadway”is put forward.The mine pressure monitoring data during showed that,after hydraulic fracturing,the weighting interval of working face roof decreased,when the working face advanced beneath the residual coal pillars,the weighting was weakened,and the goaf can be filled by rock blocks of the caved roof,the maximum subsidence of the roof in the triangle area of the working face conveyor tail was 200mm,the maximum roof subsidence in air return roadway is 80mm,and the maximum side-to-side convergence was 150mm.The application results show that,hydraulic fracturing can weaken the roof integrity,alleviate the mine pressure behavior of working face in the influence range of overlying coal pillar,and reduce the rate of support crushing accident.
