摘 要:针对深部盘区大巷巷道密集,岩柱软弱和采动影响强烈导致的维护困难问题,对长平煤业1305(上)工作面以及其对应的盘区大巷开展了“卸控耦合”超前控制技术应用研究。切顶高度30m情况下,通过数值模拟给出了合理的切顶位置为超前终采线30m,给出了深孔爆破切顶施工工艺。同时基于分区耦合超前加固控制技术通过7.3m和5.3m长的中长锚索和10.3m长的锚索并配合20号高强槽钢梁和钢筋网对盘区大巷进行超前加固支护,增强了盘区大巷围岩整体坚固性。“卸控耦合”超前控制技术应用后,1103巷围岩变形量大幅减小,围岩稳定性得到显著改善,支护结构可靠性得到保障。In view of the maintenance difficulties caused by the densely arranged roadways,weak rock column and strong mining influence in deep panel,the advance surrounding rock control technology with unload-control coupling is developed and applied in 1305(upper)working face of Changping Coal Mine and its corresponding panel roadway.When the cutting height is 30m,the reasonable cutting position is 30m ahead of terminal mining line according to the numerical simulation,and the roof cutting construction technology of deep hole blasting is proposed.At the same time,based on the zoning coupling advance reinforcement control technology,the main roadway in the panel is strengthened and supported with 7.3m and 5.3m mediumlength anchor cables and 10.3m long anchor cables,together with No.20 high-strength steel channel beam and reinforcement mesh,to enhance the overall firmness of the surrounding rock.After the application of the advance control technology in the panel roadway,the surrounding rock deformation in lane 1103 is greatly reduced,the stability of surrounding rock is significantly improved,and the reliability of support structure is guaranteed.
