摘 要:智能膜式燃气表控制器主要由供电系统、主控模块、无线远传模块、计量模块等组成,按照各模块进行硬件电路的设计与调试,并将各模块进行连接。其中,供电系统作为整个控制器的能量来源,其性能的好坏直接决定整个燃气表控制器设计的成败,因此设计一款供电稳定、带载能力强、静态功耗低,并且经久耐用的供电系统尤为重要。主要介绍了一种基于NB-IoT智能燃气表供电系统的设计和测试方法,从供电系统组成、电路设计、静态功耗及带载测试等几方面入手,详细阐述了一款设计合理、测试稳定的新一代NB-IoT智能燃气表的供电系统。The intelligent membrane gas meter controller is mainly composed of the power supply system, the main control module, the wireless remote control module transmitter, the metering module, etc. The hardware circuit is designed and debugged according to each module, and the modules are connected. Among them, the power supply system, as the primary energy source of the whole controller, its performance directly determines whether or not the whole gas meter controller design can perform successfully, so designing a durable power supply system with stable power supply, strong load capacity and low static power consumption is particularly important. This paper mainly introduces the designing and testing method of NB-IoT enabled smart meters power supply system. From the aspects of power supply system composition, circuit design, static power consumption and load testing, a new generation NB-IoT enabled smart meters power supply system with reasonable design and stable testing is elaborated in detail.
