摘 要:为研究化感物质TBC的抑藻效果、生物毒性、降解产物及在自然水体中的应用前景,选取3种典型含藻自然水体,分别向其中投加不同浓度的TBC进行试验。试验结果表明:TBC对自然水体中蓝藻具有良好的抑制效果,对绿藻没有抑制效果;在蓝藻、绿藻的竞争中,TBC对蓝藻的抑制可使绿藻获得竞争优势,从而可使水体中有害蓝藻的藻类群落向有益绿藻发生方向性演替。同时大型溞毒理性试验显示,TBC的RES值为0.31,说明生态安全性良好,且TBC在自然水体中对大型溞的生物毒性低于蒸馏水中,其降解产物无明显生态安全隐患。In order to study the algal inhibition effect,biological toxicity,degradation products and application prospects of allelochemicals TBC in natural water bodies,three typical natural water bodies containing algae were selected and different concentrations of TBC were added to them for experiments.The results showed that TBC had a good inhibitory effect on cyanobacteria in natural water but had little inhibitory effect on green algae.In the competition of algaes,the inhibitory effect of TBC on cyanobacteria will make the green algae gain a competitive advantage,which can make the beneficial green algae increase and the harmful cyanobacteria decrease in the water body.The toxicity test of Daphnia magna showed that the RES value of TBC was 0.31,indicating that TBC is environmentally friendly.The biological toxicity of TBC to Daphnia magna in natural water was lower than that in distilled water,and its degradation products had no obvious potential ecological safety hazards.
