包气带土壤浸溶试验前处理方法选择探究

摘  要:为调查建设项目对包气带土壤的污染现状,HJ 610—2016《环境影响评价技术导则地下水环境》(以下简称“导则”)中明确提出需对污染场地修复工程项目和评价工作等级为一、二级的改、扩建项目进行包气带污染状况调查和包气带土壤浸溶试验。但导则中未明确浸溶试验中包气带土壤的前处理方法,故以试验目的为依据,通过对不同场景下现行固体废物前处理方法进行分析探讨,总结出不同前处理方法选择依据。最后从环境监测和环境影响评价2个不同点出发,探讨环保标准制定过程中涉及不同细分领域的技术问题和解决方法。In order to investigate the pollution status of the construction project to the soil in the vadose zone,《Technical guidelines for environmental impact assessment-groundwater environment》clearly states that it is necessary to investigate the pollution status of vadose zone and carry out soil leaching test of vadose zone for contaminated site remediation projects and reconstruction and expansion projects with assessment level of grade I and II.Aiming at the problem that the pre-treatment method of aerated soil in leaching test is not specified in the guidelines,by comparing the current solid waste pre-treatment methods,based on the test purpose,the selection of pre-treatment methods in different scenarios is analyzed and discussed,and the basis for the selection of different pre-treatment methods is given.Finally,from the two different starting points of environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment,this paper discusses the technical problems and solutions involved in different subdivisions in the process of formulating environmental protection standards.
