武夷山国家公园原住民生计发展政策满意度研究

摘　　要：由于国家公园原住民资源利用受限而引发其生计问题受到研究者们和管理机构的广泛关注,而对政府制定的相关生计发展政策进行满意度研究,学术界和理论界都鲜见报道。基于武夷山国家公园312户原住民的调研,采用有序logistic回归模型,分析原住民对生计发展政策满意度及其影响因素,为完善相关决策提供参考,有助于促进国家公园生态环境保护与原住民生计协调发展。研究发现:原住民对生计发展政策满意度大小排序为生态旅游政策、生态补偿政策、生计技能培训政策、创业扶持政策,年轻的男性原住民对生计发展政策满意度较高,原住民对创业扶持政策的满意度受到原住民生计方式的显著影响,原住民受教育程度对其生计技能培训政策满意度产生正向显著影响。政府精准制定且有效执行相应的创业扶持政策和生计技能培训政策是提升原住民生计发展政策满意度的关键。The livelihood problems caused by the limited utilization of indigenous resources in national parks have attracted extensive attention from researchers and management agencies.However,studies on the satisfaction of the relevant livelihood development policies formulated by the government have rarely been reported in the academic and theoretical circles.Based on a survey of 312 aborigines in Wuyishan National Park,this study adopts the logistic regression model to analyze aborigines satisfaction with livelihood development policies and its influencing factors.The purpose is to provide reference for improving relevant decisions,also promoting the coordinated development of ecological environment protection and indigenous livelihoods in national parks.The study results found that the degree of satisfaction of aborigines on livelihood development policies was:eco-tourism policy,eco-compensation policy,livelihood skills training policy,entrepreneurship support policy,young male aborigines have higher satisfaction with livelihood development policy.Aborigines satisfaction with entrepreneurship support policy is significantly affected by aborigines livelihood style,and aboriginal education level has a significant positive impact on their livelihood skills training policy satisfaction.The accurate formulation and effective implementation of the corresponding entrepreneurship support policies and livelihood skills training policies from the governmentare are the key to improve the satisfaction of indigenous people s livelihood development policies.
