摘  要:为了解决供暖计量表计数不准确难题,提出了一种基于物联网能精确计量、实时传输终端检测系统。首先分别对热量表硬件设计、计量模块设计、采集和收发模块设计以及传输模块设计,实现了无线传输的远程集抄方案,搭建了完整的计量、采集、传输的物联网架构。结果表明:在常用流量2.5 m^(3)/h下,流量检测误差不大于0.4%,温度传感器配对误差不大于0.1%,计量精度达到二级表标准,数据传输准确可靠,可大幅提高计量精度,减少抄表工作量。In order to solve the problem of inaccurate counting of heating meters,this paper proposes a terminal detection system based on the internet of things that can accurately measure and transmit in real time.First of all,the hardware design of heat meter,the design of metering module,the design of acquisition and transceiver module,and the design of transmission module are respectively designed to realize the remote centralized reading scheme of wireless transmission,and build a complete IoT architecture of metering,collection and transmission.The results show that:under the common flow rate,the flow detection error is not more than 0.4%,the temperature sensor pairing error is not more than 0.1%,the measurement accuracy reaches the second-level meter standard,and the data transmission is accurate and reliable,which can greatly improve the measurement accuracy and reduce the workload of meter reading.
