摘　　要：介绍了S Zorb装置中耐磨滑阀苛刻工况,耐磨滑阀国产化研制的主要参数和结构特点。研制时对阀体强度进行分析、对阀门进行CFD流场模拟、流量系数计算和高温热态试验。研制的耐磨滑阀已在国内某S Zorb装置上成功运行超过两年,具有良好的调节性能,满足苛刻工况要求。Introduces the severe working condition of wear-resistant slide valve used in S Zorb unit.The main parameters and structural characteristics of domestic development of wear-resistant slide valve.The strength of the body was analyzed,the flow field of the valve was simulated by CFD,the flowrate Coefficient was calculated and the high temperature hot test was carried out.The wear-resistant slide valve has been successfully operated for more than two years in a domestic S Zorb unit,with good regulation performance,to meet the requirements of severe working conditions.
