摘  要:采用固相烧结方法制备出YF_(3)掺杂的LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Al_(0.02)O_(2)高镍单晶三元材料,研究了Y、F阴阳离子共掺杂不同掺杂量对单晶形貌及电性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂YF_(3)后显著提升了材料的比容量、倍率性能及循环性能。与未掺杂的样品相比,YF_(3)掺杂量为0.5%时,材料电性能最佳,首次放电比容量由未掺杂样品的192 mAh/g提升至198.99 mAh/g,3 C/0.2 C容量保持率由79.29%提升至90.97%,循环50圈后材料的容量保持率由92.88%提升至98.4%。A LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Al_(0.02)O_(2) high nickel single crystal cathode material with YF_(3) doped was prepared by solidphase sintering method,single crystal morphology and electrical properties were discussed based on the different doping amounts.The capacity,rate performance and cycle performance of the material were enhanced obviously after the doping of YF_(3).Compared with the undoped sample,when the YF_(3) doping amount is 0.5%,the material has the best electrical performance.The first discharge specific capacity is increased from 192 mAh/g to 198.99 mAh/g,the capacity retention rate of 3 C/0.2 C increases from 79.29%to 90.97%,and the cycle performance of the material after 50 cycles increases from 92.88%to 98.4%.
